1. Agreement between user and LUMIDERME
The network of Web Sites (collectively, the “Lumiderme Web Sites”) operated by Lumiderme (“ Lumiderme”) a company registered in France under company number 914 341 433 with a registered office at 15 Chemin des Presses, 06800 Cagnes-sur-mer, France or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries is comprised of various Websites and Web pages. All references to “our”, “us”, “we”, or Company within these TCU are deemed to refer to Lumiderme. 12. Applicable law
These TCU shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of theses TCU is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
