Règlement du programme de fidélité Dermaceutic PROTOCOL+

1. Program Overview

LUMIDERME (hereinafter referred to as "Dermaceutic") offers its customers a loyalty program called Dermaceutic Protocol+ (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), allowing participants to earn points through purchases and certain actions in order to benefit from rewards and exclusive advantages.

The Program is accessible through the Dermaceutic e-commerce website.

2. Membership Conditions

The Loyalty Program is reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older who hold an active customer account on the Dermaceutic website.

The Program is limited to customers who:

  • Reside in mainland France (including Corsica);

  • Receive deliveries within this territory.

Only one membership per person is permitted.

Membership is free of charge and does not require any purchase. However, certain rewards are only available following a purchase made on the e-commerce website.

Dermaceutic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. General Operation

The Program allows members to accumulate loyalty points that can be redeemed for rewards or benefits.

Dermaceutic reserves the right to modify at any time:

  • The rules governing point allocation;

  • The value of points;

  • The conditions for accessing rewards.

4. Point Allocation Rules

Points are awarded according to the following rules:

  • €1 spent = 1 loyalty point;

  • Calculation is based on the amount excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs;

  • Decimal amounts are rounded up to the nearest whole point.

Additional points may be awarded through:

  • Promotional campaigns;

  • Specific missions or challenges;

  • Occasional marketing activities.

Points are credited after final validation of the order.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Point Adjustments

In the event of a full or partial refund of an order, the corresponding points will automatically be deducted from the customer's account.

6. Point Validity

Points remain valid for a rolling period of 12 months from the date they are earned.

Upon expiration, points are permanently forfeited and cannot be compensated or reinstated.

7. Redemption of Points

Points may be redeemed for rewards offered by Dermaceutic, subject to:

  • Product availability;

  • Possession of the required number of points;

  • Validation of an order containing at least one product.

Points may not be:

  • Exchanged for cash;

  • Transferred to another person;

  • Refunded.

8. Rewards and Benefits

Rewards available through the Program may include:

  • Dermaceutic products, including travel-size products;

  • Accessories;

  • Exclusive benefits.

Dermaceutic reserves the right to modify the list of rewards at any time or replace rewards with products of equivalent value.

Rewards are shipped only as part of an order and cannot be sent separately.

Loyalty Gift Combination Policy

Gifts and benefits obtained through the Loyalty Program cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each customer may benefit from only one gift or benefit per purchase, order, or promotional period concerned.

Dermaceutic reserves the right to specify combination rules for certain specific offers.

9. Specific Reward Conditions and Abuse Prevention

Rewards are provided free of charge as part of the Loyalty Program.

Under no circumstances may rewards:

  • Be exchanged for cash;

  • Be refunded;

  • Be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

Any reward presented as "free" excludes any applicable order-related costs.

In the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the Program, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts;

  • Manipulating the point accumulation mechanism;

  • Reselling or commercially exploiting rewards;

Dermaceutic reserves the right to:

  • Remove the affected points;

  • Suspend or terminate the participant's account;

  • Deny access to the Program;

without prior notice or compensation.

10. VIP Status Levels

The Program includes three loyalty tiers based on cumulative spending over a rolling 12-month period:

  • Essential: from €0

  • Advanced: from €300

  • Expert: from €600

Each status level grants access to specific benefits.

Status Validity: Rolling 12 Months

Status is maintained for 12 months from the date a customer reaches a tier.

On each anniversary date, the tier is reassessed based on the points earned during the previous 12 months.

Depending on their activity, customers may:

  • Remain at their current level;

  • Move to a higher level;

  • Be downgraded to a lower level.

When a customer reaches a new level, a new 12-month qualification period begins from the date they entered that level.

11. Status Upgrades

Upgrades to a higher status level occur automatically once the corresponding threshold has been reached.

Such changes may result in:

  • Modification of benefits;

  • Resetting of certain counters, including point validity periods.

12. Duration of Status Levels

VIP statuses remain valid for 12 months.

At the end of this period, the status is reassessed according to the customer's spending activity.

13. Account Deletion or Inactivity

If a customer account is deleted, whether at the initiative of the participant or Dermaceutic, all accumulated points and any associated VIP status will be permanently lost without the possibility of recovery.

14. Modification or Termination of the Program

Dermaceutic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

Any modification will be communicated in advance within a reasonable notice period.

15. Liability

Dermaceutic shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • Interruption or unavailability of the Program;

  • Technical malfunctions;

  • Errors in the calculation or allocation of points.

16. Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of the Program is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

18. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the Program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
