Refund and Return Policy
In France:
In accordance with Articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) business days from the delivery date to return, at their expense, the Product(s) they ordered if it/they do not meet their satisfaction.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may contact DERMACEUTIC:

- by mail: DERMACEUTIC – Customer Service – 15 Chemin des Presses 06800 Cagnes-sur-Mer (France).
The Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, condition, and packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip, to the following address: DERMACEUTIC – Customer Service – 15 Chemin des Presses 06800 Cagnes-sur-Mer (France). The Products must not have been unsealed. The Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal is excluded for Products that have been opened and are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection (Article L. 221-28, 5° of the Consumer Code). If the aforementioned conditions are met, DERMACEUTIC will refund the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned Products, using the same payment method as the Order. In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the Customer. DERMACEUTIC does not accept packages with postage due; the Customer bears the return shipping costs. However, it is specified that shipping costs are covered by DERMACEUTIC if the return decision is due to an error on the part of DERMACEUTIC (non-compliant Product(s)). The mere return of the Products without a declaration or the refusal to accept delivery is not sufficient to express the Customer's intent to withdraw.
