Versatile active recognized for helping to reduce ,melanin production, decrease bacteria growth in the follicle and normalize skin keratinization. Effective on acne-prone skin and pigment spots.

HEXYLRESORCINOL

Innovative skin lightening agent that reduces melanin synthesis by acting at different levels in the melanogenesis pathway. Increases the penetration of other active ingredients, which may help trigger a synergistic action.

POTASSIUM AZELOYL DIGLYCINATE

Frequently asked questions

Is Dual+ suitable for teenage skin?

Our recommendation is from 18 years old, although the product can be suitable to teenagers' acne according to the doctor's assesment. You must pay careful attention to skin's sensitivity and tolerance. Teenagers are in general not used to stimulating ingredients as such, we would recommend starting with one application every other night at first, with Hyal Ceutic afterwards for skin comfort.

Can Dual+ be layered with Activabiome or Activ Retinols?

We do not recommend overlapping Dual+ with other (no-rinse) stimulating products on the same day to prevent over-stimulating the skin. Although the patient could alternate, one night Dual+, the other night Activ Retinols or Activabiome. But if the skin can tolerate it, you can of course increase progressively the use of Dual+ to twice a day and then, use Dual+ in the morning with a SPF and the night another AHA/retinol based product.

Is Dual + suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Dual+ is not recomended for pregnant women or breastfeeding.

Can we use Dual+ in summer as maintenance post-acne treatment or post-pigmentation treatment?

Yes, it is possible, but the use of SPF 50 is essential and direct sun exposure should be avoided during the course.
